Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) for any reason, with no need to give a justification, within 14 days of receiving your order. To cancel, simply let us know within that 14-day window by emailing hello@bellflux.com with your order number. How to Return an Item
1. Email hello@bellflux.com with your order number and item details.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any post office.
4. We process refunds after inspection.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty. We don't offer direct exchanges; please place a new order for different sizes.
Condition & Exclusions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Some items (earrings, swimwear) are excluded for hygiene. For faulty items, contact hello@bellflux.com within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
